Ovela is a bedside clock, alarm and sleep sounds app. We built it so that your data stays on your iPhone. This policy explains what that means.
Ovela has no accounts, no advertising and no tracking across apps or websites. We don't sell or share your personal information, and your clock designs, photos, alarms and sounds never leave your iPhone.
One service does receive data, and only around subscriptions — it is described below.
Deleting Ovela removes all of this data from your iPhone.
Alarms are scheduled through Apple's AlarmKit. Widgets and Live Activities are rendered by iOS on your device. None of this data leaves your iPhone because of Ovela.
Subscriptions are processed by Apple through the App Store. We never receive your payment details. Apple's handling of your data is described in Apple's Privacy Policy.
To know whether a subscription is active and to see how many people subscribe, we use Adapty, a subscription management service. Adapty receives a device identifier generated by Apple for this app (it does not identify you personally), the country and language of the device, and events about purchases and renewals. It does not receive your name, email, payment details or anything you create inside Ovela. This data is used only to manage subscriptions and to count sales.
Ovela is not directed at children and asks for no personal information from anyone.
